1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gringo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, operated by Reger Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using our service, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. We use face verification technology to help enforce this requirement. Access by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must complete face verification to use the platform.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: harass, abuse, or harm other users; create fake profiles or impersonate others; use the service for commercial solicitation or to ask for money; upload content involving minors; share sexual, explicit or offensive content; violate any applicable laws or regulations. Gringo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report or block any user from their profile or from a chat. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break these rules.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Reger Digital LLC a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service. You must not upload content that violates any third-party rights.
6. Child Safety
The Platform has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). 7. Subscriptions & Payments
The Platform offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions for all users, at the price shown in the app before purchase (currently US$9.99/month). Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscribing. Exchanging contact details (such as phone numbers, social media accounts or email addresses) is part of the subscription. Chats are checked automatically, and contact details are hidden from members without a subscription. If contact details are sent in a conversation where neither member has a subscription, that conversation is locked: new messages in it cannot be read until one of them subscribes. A subscription unlocks all conversations, including locked ones. You can also unlock a single conversation with a one-time payment (currently US$3.99; the price in your currency is shown before purchase). It opens that conversation for both members permanently and does not renew.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors. To request a refund, contact hello@gringoamor.com within 7 days of the charge.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, conversations, and messages are permanently removed. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your App Store or Google Play settings.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, harmful behavior toward other users, or any other reason at our discretion.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
12. Public Display of Your Profile
To help members find each other, parts of your profile (your photos, first name, age, city, and online status) may be shown publicly on our website, including to visitors who have not signed in. Your email, exact location, and contact information are never shown publicly. By creating a profile, you agree to this public display. You may opt out at any time by contacting hello@gringoamor.com.
